1. What is ApniGully?

ApniGully is a platform where user can search information about the shops in their neighborhood.

2. How to register a shop?

There are two ways to register a shop:

i. Offline: Shop owner can reach ApniGully with their details to register the shop.

ii. Online: Shop owner can download and login into the App using mobile number and register the shop.

3. How to modify information about my shop?

There are two ways to modify a registered shop:

i. Offline: Shop owner can ask ApniGully to modify and update the details of shop.

ii. Online: Shop owner can download the app from playstore and login into the App using mobile number with which shop is registered and modify the shop.

4. How to delete shop information completely from ApniGully Platform?

At any time shop owner can remove all the information of a shop from ApniGully. There are two ways to do it:

i. Shop owner can approach ApniGully (Using the contact details provided in contact us section) and ask to remove the information.

ii. Shop Owner can download the app from playstore and login into the app using the same mobile no with which shop is registered. After login go to “Manage Shop” section and click on View/Modify shop option. Now delete the shop/s from the listed registered shop/s.

5. What details are available about a shop?

ApniGully provides following details about a shop:

• Name of the Shop

• Address of the Shop with MAP navigation.

• Contact details of the Shop.

• Operational timing of the Shop.

6. How can I report if any information about shop is incorrect?

ApniGully presents information about a shop on best effort basis and there could some information about a shop which might be incorrect. Users are always welcome to pin point those mistake and this can be done on shop details page, where “Report an Issue” option is available for this.
